Another director of a quoted company in the troubled Ceylinco group has resigned according to information submitted to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

Mr. P.N. Dias, a director of Ceylinco Finance PLC, has resigned with effect from March 17 according to a Stock Exchange notification.

CSE has also been informed that Mr. Mohamed Hashim Omar Kayaam has resigned from Singalanka Standard Chemicals PLC with effect from March 16 while Mr. K.A.S. Gunasekara has joined the board of Malwatte Valley Plantations PLC as a Non-Executive Independent Director, also with effect from March 16.
