Fare at Cinnamon Grand
The
Cinnamon Grand as usual provided the complete ambience when they turned
the Atrium Café into a decorative tent full of colour. The canopy above
took the form of a large white umbrella with red ribbon midribs with the
stewards and the chefs garbed in the costumes of Mangolia. There were
cocktails specially created for the event and the food was a gourments
dream where one could come up with ones own combination spiced by as many
as sixteen different sauces.
The opening night of the promotion which ends today attracted a host of people to whose enjoyment the staff from the General Manager Rohan Karr and Tharika Goonetileka downwards was present to pay personel attention to the diners.
The attention to detail made a definite and lasting impression of a experience in cuisine from a another land, full of tittilating flavours.
