Lahiru Deshan and Buddhi Sarinda put up a splendid partnership of 48 runs for the last wicket while occupying the crease for nearly two hours after lunch, in the 1st innings of Mahanama College, to ensure the match ended in a draw before they were bowled out for 172 runs – ten runs short of avoiding the follow on - on the second day of the Mahanama versus D.S. Senanayake College third Annual Cricket Encounter held at SSC grounds, Colombo, on Friday.
