Key LTTE leader Nishanthan killed
Key LTTE cadre Nishanthan alias Thamilan and another were yesterday killed by the troops.
Military sources said Nishanthan was travelling in a vehicle when he and the other were fired at by the troops.
He is the sixth LTTE front liner killed by the troops during the last two weeks.
Other leaders killed in the recent past were Dheepan, Dhurga, Gadaffi and women leaders Dhurga and Vidusha.
