The national junior selection committee picked a 15 member under-17 squad for the upcoming cricket tour of Bangalore that gets underway on the 2nd of May.

Richmond College’s Yashoda Lanka was named captain of the squad with Angelo Jayasinghe of Maris Stella College being named as vice-captain.

Thomas’ College), Samitha de Mel (St. Sebastian’s College) Dinal Dambarage (St. Josephs’ College), Chaturnaga Kumara (St. Josephs’ College), Akila Jayasundara (Trinity College), Maduka Liyanapathirana (President’s College) and Amila Aponso (St. Sebastian’s College).
