A seminar aimed at obtaining the support of university and Law Collage students for the Western Provincial Council was held at the Mahaweli Centre with the participation of a large number of Students of the Colombo, Kelaniya and Sri Jayawardenepura universities, the Open University and the Law College. This was organized under the Guidance of Minister Prof. G. L. Peiris. Minister Prof. G. L. Peiris addressing the gathering (above) and the section of the participants (below) are shown.
