Yesterday, in our report on the Golden Key Case, we erroneously referred to Cecile Kotelawala’s lawyer as Mr. C. R. de Silva, PC. It should be corrected as Mr. U. R. de Silva. We also quoted President’s Counsel Rienzie Arsekularatne as having told the Court ‘Kotelawala was a well known personality and hence could flee the country.’ It should be corrected as: ‘Kotelawala was a well known personality and hence COULD NOT flee the country’.
