The Junior National Athletic Championship conducted by the Athletic Association of Sri Lanka will be worked off from June 4-6 at the Sugathadasa Stadium.

The championship is open to boys and girls in the age groups of Under-16, Under 18, Under-20 and Under-23. 10,000 meters and race walking events are open only to the athletes of the last two age groups. The eligible athletes should be in the above age groups as at December 31, 2009.

The applications for the above event should be send with a fee of rupees 50 for each event to reach Athletic Association on or before May 20.

Applications could be collected from the Athletic Association headquarters.
