MR picks WPC ministers: Prasanna CM
Duminda, Thilanga, Reginald overlooked

Prasanna Ranatunga, a former minister of the Western Provincial Council was sworn in as Chief Minister of the WPC before President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday, while his four previous ministerial colleagues including Chief Minister Reginold Cooray failed to retain their portfolios.

Ranatunga, who contested in the Gampaha District, received 186,338 preference votes at the April 25 PC polls.
