The Ministry of Health yesterday said there was no government doctor called Shanmugarajah working in the LTTE – held civilian safety zone. Dr K. N. S. Navaratne representing the Health Ministry at the media briefing said investigations had revealed there was no government doctor in the LTTE held terrain.
