Sixteen teams will compete in the All-Island Under 17 Boys’ Inter-Schools ‘B’ Division basketball tournament that will commence today at four different venues.

D. S. Senanayake College, Colombo, Amal International School, Wellawatte, De La Salle College, Mutwal and De Mazenod College, Kandana will be the hosts.

The teams have been divided into four groups and D.S. Senanayake College, Colombo will host the tournament on behalf of Sri Lanka Schools Basketball Association.

Group A - St. Aloysius College, Galle, Mahanama College, Colombo, D. S. Senanayake College, Colombo and C.I.S (Colombo).

Group B – St. Anne’s College, Kurunegale, Asian International School (Colombo), St. Anthony’s College, Katugastota and Carey College, Colombo.

Group C - Lyceum International, Nugegoda, Prince of Wales College, Moratuwa, Christ King College, Ja-Ela and Mahinda College, Galle.

Group D - De Mazenod College, Kandana, Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda, Azar Central, Akurana and St. Sebastian‘s College, Kandana.
