A Mexican Feast

The Atrium Cafe was turned into a little bit of Mexico when the Cinnamon Grand Hotel brought out the singing chefs Roberto Travers and Sergio Snyder. In this annual glimpse into the land of ponchos, straw hats and the specialities for the gourmet, enjoys an enthusiastic reception from the patrons and guest of the hotel.

The food runs through the gamut from soups to salads to main dishes which included crab in chipotle chillie sauce, chillie concarne, roasted pork spare ribs in adobe and mouth watering deserts. While you indulge in style chefs Roberto and Sergio stop by your table to serenade you.

The spectacular decor with typical Mexican colours and the stewards in ponchos and hats bring a startling ambiance to an evening of delight. A tequila bar provides the perfect finishing touch to a feast of song, wine and dinner, all of which is on the final day, this Sunday.
