I return to my earlier letter to you re the Govt[paid!] doctors in the NFZ. I agree with Dr. Priyan Dias that they should not be jailed. That said, I firmly believe [as a former PSC Chairman] that they should be dealt with under existing disciplinary procedures and, if appropriate, placed on compulsory or ‘no pay’ leave. There is no need to make them martyrs entitled to visas to the golden West. It is also interesting to recap Surgeon Dr.Michael Abeyratne’s comment that he was struck by the absence of any  bloodstains on the immaculate green surgical aprons these gentlemen wore when slandering the government [which paid them] to TV cameras.

As for the Quixotic British Tamil Bio-med languishing in an IDP camp, she should be treated in no way different from any foreigner who chooses to "dance with the devil".
