The arithmetic of body disposal
Ten days or so ago the London Times claimed that our troops had massacred 20,000 [twenty thousand] civilians in the last week of fighting in the No Fire Zone.
I have attempted to visualize the physical dimensions of his huge number and arrived at a simple illustration. If these bodies are piled up in layers of twenty, they would rise to a column one thousand[1,000] feet high!!. What happened to this enormous pile? Did the Tigers or the Army ever have the wherewithal or time to dispose of this massive dump in the heat of the final battle?
