Ranasinghe Sangadasa, brother of slain President Ranasinghe Premadasa, lays flowers at the foot of the Premadasa statue at Hulfsdorp on Tuesday evening. Minister Milinda Moragoda and Sirisena Cooray are also present at the ceremony to mark the late leader’s 85th birth anniversary.
