It was that time of the year when Oriflame Sri Lanka hosted its biggest event of the Year, The Director Seminar, where the top performers were gathered for a three day seminar in the plush five stars Kandalama Hotel, Dambulla

Opening the conference the Asia Regional Director Mr Thomas Ekberg presenting his views reiterated the growth potential of Oriflame in Asia that on a year to year basis has experienced 45% a growth and dramatically increased market share – all aligned with the clear vision to be the No 1 Beauty Company selling direct. Regarding the development of Oriflame Sri Lanka he commended the leaders on their exceptional performance in June with over 700% growth compared to June last year and informed the audience that Oriflame will now further speed up the expansion into Sri Lanka with more news to come the next couple of months.

Among many significant events that took place, the highlight of the yesterday was guest speaker’s address. Specially flown in, one of Oriflame India’s top performers, Ms.Archana Nigam’s speech was ever so inspiring where all the consultants were amazed by her story of success in Oriflame . She kept the audience spell bound for more than an hour as she enlightened them on how she climbed the ladder of success in Oriflame, the company that literally has opened the world for her and has awarded her with overseas trips to more than 30 destinations.

The evening themed "Swedish Night" held in the nature oriented Kandalama Hotel brought in the Swedish ambience in every way from traditional attires to food, traditional games and songs the whole night

The second day turned out to be even more stimulating as it gave a sneak preview of the exciting and unique launches lined up for the upcoming quarters. New launches were in all categories such as Skin care, Color cosmetics, Fragrance and Toiletries, where the focus was the live hair show watched with much amusement.

The gala night planned with much pomp and pageantry was filled with entertainment while the highlight was the showcasing of highest achievers. The grand finale was recognition of the newest Sapphire Director couple Dilupa and Ramly who were brought in a parade flanked by their great team.
