I have noticed for the last three months a poor couple with three kids residing on the beach just opposite the Wellawatta Railway Station which is about 100 yards to the North of the Navy Security Post and about 100 yards to the South of the Kinross Swimming Club. This area is supposed to be a High Security Zone, according to the Sign Board displayed near the Kinross Swimming Club.

I visit this place for a swim once in a way. During my visits I have noticed the kids defecating on the beach and I presume their parents too may be doing the same thing! They pollute the beach apart from being a threat. No one appears to be concerned about it. Over to the Authorities concerned!
