Palitha Fernando, a resident of Keselwatta Panadura, is suffering from coronary artery disease. Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon Dr. Rajeeva Pieris of Apollo Hospital, Colombo had recommended bypass grafting early surgery, which would cost Rs. 410,000.

Palitha is a veteran magician and a member of the Sri Lanka Magic Circle. He needs financial assistance as he is unable to raise the money required for the operation.
