The Ragama Police on Sunday recovered the body of a man whose head was severed from the neck from a lake in Walpola, Ragama.

According to the victim’s identity card, the deceased was 32-year-old Akurugamage Sunil Shantha, but the the victim’s address could not be read as the letters were not clear.
