The players involved in the first unofficial Test between Sri Lanka and Pakistan ‘A’ now underway in Dambulla were in for a rude shock when they found lunch had not arrived at the venue when they went for the lunch break.

The scheduled lunch break was at 12.00 noon, but it arrived at 12.45 which meant play was held up and only resumed at 1.10 pm, although the scheduled time of start of play was 12.40 pm.
