The board of directors of Lanka Hospitals Corporation (LHC), led by business tycoon Harry Jayewardene, was dissolved by its holding company the State-owned Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC) yesterday, and a new board of directors was appointed in its place which includes Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
