An IMF loan being another long rope to MR.
Siyambalapitiya "And Company" at the Diyawannawa asylum to hang
themselves with. But "And Company" are master adapts at saving their own
necks and plunging the noose down on the suffering masses.

If I were to tell,
he is Lanka’s saviour,
Who without a failure,
Is borrowing enough funds,
To feed both - wise and dunce.
Government will enjoy the loan
and throw us a rotten bone.
Loan conditions terrible.
Government requirements horrible.

With hundred ministers
Running in Limousines.
