Michael Fraccaro, Regional Head of Learning, Talent Resourcing and Organisational Development, arrived in the country yesterday, to conduct a regional Human Resource (HR) Town Hall meeting, to help HR professionals within the Asia Pacific region understand how to be commercial, leading, strategic and more efficient in their day to day work by translating these high-level attributes into practice.

During his visit he will meet with Nick Nicolaou, Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Senior Management and the Learning and Development team of the Bank. Fracarro together with Ravi Jayasekera, Head of Human Resources at HSBC will hold discussions with the HR team in Colombo in order to progress the HR transformation project to become a world class HR function.
