National Savings Bank has
reduced interest rates on its housing loans and pawning services with
immediate effect.Housing loan interest rates have been reduced by one
percent while Ran Sahana Pawning interest rates have been reduced by 0.5
percent the bank announced yesterday.
"This benefit is intended to be passed on to the public and would
stimulate the economy and related industry."As a state bank it is the
responsibility of NSB to bear in mind its obligations towards the
general public," the bank said in a statement.
