KANDY – Two medical students of the University have been barred from attending lectures for two weeks, allegedly for attacking two of their colleagues who belonged to the anti-ragging factor.

A spokesman said yesterday 09, that a separate inquiry is being conducted into the incident.

The victims in the assault case were admitted to the Peradeniya Teaching Hospital following the attack.
