The book "Risks and Gains in Financial Investments" written by Shyam Nuwan Ganewatta, will be launched on Thursday October 1, 2009, at 3.30 p.m. at the National Library Auditorium, Colombo 7.

At this event Finance Minister Ranjith Siyabalapitiya will participate as the chief guest and Sri Lanka Central Bank governor Ajith Newad Kabral as the guest of honours.

The book written under three main headings is a guide to public investors in Sri Lanka.
