HERAT - DR. AMAL UTHUM (Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Sri Lanka) passed on into the nearer presence of His Lord. Precious son of Marie and late Jaya, beloved brother of Preethie, Saliya, Sirinath and Mihiri, brother-in- law of Srilal, Rosita, Nelun and Miran, loving uncle of Kusal, Anya, Mishan, Milini Nehara and Sittara. Remains will lie at residence. A service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Residence on Sunday 25th. Cortege will leave thereafter for the Chapel of the Transfiguration, S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia. A final service will be held at the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Cremation will be at 2:00 p.m. at the General Cemetery, Galkissa. 22, Wijaya Road, Mount Lavinia.
