Executive Prime Minister
Can a constitutional expert kindly inform us through the columns of this paper:
1) who an Executive Prime Minister is
2) whether it differs from the known definition of
primus inter pares
3) If so in what respects is it
4) whether the decisions of such a Prime Minister
require the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers
and of the Parliament
5) What the theoretical, legal or constitutional basis is on
which such a position rests
6) In which countries such positions currently exist,or whether such positions had existed in other countries in the past and any other relevant information.
