Sashindra Rajapaksa, the
Chief Minister of Uva, and private secretary to President Rajapaksa, has
been awarded the National Diploma in Human Resources Management of the
Sri Lanka Institute of Personnel Management. This is the highest
professional qualification offered by IPM and the award of the diploma
makes him eligible for membership of the IPM.Educated at Mahanama
College and at S Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia, Sashindra Rajapaksa is a
graduate of the University of New Delhi and holds post graduate
qualifications in Business Management from the University of Colombo.
