The High Commission of Canada has opened a new Visa Application Centre in Colombo.

A spokesman for the High Commission said the Centre located at 32C, Sir Mohamed Macan Markar Mawatha,Colombo 3, would provide temporary residence services (Visitor, Student and Temporary Worker Visas) in the form of receiving applications, reviewing them for completeness, answering questions about basic application requirements, accepting payment, tracking processing progress, offering assistance with completing the application and some other associated services.
