This workshop will demonstrate the finer points of developing a successful 5S programme; one that will contribute to your company’s profitability for years to come. At this workshop, participants will learn how to set up a 5S programme that will transform the workplace, which in turn will change their attitudes and help the organisation grow from strength to strength.

The seminar is conducted by Mahinda Saranapala who has approximately 40 years management experience in the private sector and was the CEO of several leading companies. He has had extensive training in management, particularly in Japanese Management techniques having followed 5 scholarships in Japan. He is a pioneer in the implementation of the 5S concept in Sri Lanka from way back in 1989. His clients have won 7 Gold awards at The Taiki Akimoto 5S competition conducted annually by JASTECA and several other National and international awards.
