The Taj Samudra Hotel has been chosen by ICTA as the e-Asia 2009 accommodation and logistics provider for foreign delegates .

The word ‘Taj’ recalls to anyone the ‘Taj’ of ancient fame, the Taj Mahal, the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Indian and Islamic architectural styles.

To talk about Taj Samudra from the perspective of business and planning events, it has one of Colombo’s largest convention centres, and is a distinctive setting for meetings and events. e-Asia 2009 culminating in the three-day conference cum exhibition from December 2 to 4 at BMICH Colombo, in which the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) will be the hosting partner, will provide the Sri Lankan ICT industry the opportunity for showcasing its potential.
