Ambalangoda - Balapitiya Magistrate, Ajith Masinghe fined Upul Kamalasena of Indimulla, Rs. 7,500 when he pleaded guilty of transporting 1000 drams of kasippu on a bicycle.

The Hikkaduwa police produced the offender in court.
