The EDB is organising a Business Meetings Programme where local exporters would be able to meet other businesses in Austria, Croatia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic and establish direct contacts.

The EDB says it is considering meeting 50 percent of the airfares of potential participants.

Applications are available on the EDB website. Shortlisted candidates would be selected by an interview panel.

Garments, jewellery, Tea, processed foods, rubber products, Coconut based products, cinnamon, essential oils, tableware, toys, handicrafts, ayurvedic products, fishery and aquaculture products, mattresses are some of the categories that have been proposed by the EDB.

But it did say "any other potential product," would be considered as well.

Applicants need to submit their applications before December 03.
