As usual, our conscientious Elections Commissioner finds the removal of ILLEGAL political cut-outs a Herculean task as he requires funds amounting to millions of rupees for that business.

The alternative would be to obtain three or four lorries fitted with spray-guns at the end of flexible hoses and in one night spray black paint on to these illegal posters. Then the commissioner need not have to bother about their removal.
