The Movement for the Protection of Motherland yesterday launched a signature campaign at the Pettah Bo Tree Junction. The Movement plans to collected one million signatures to be forwarded to the UN Human Rights Commission against what it termed a ‘betrayal of Sri Lankan soldiers’.
