HDFC still holding
rates at higher levels, contradicting government policy - borrowers State-controlled Housing Development Finance Corporation Bank (HDFC) has failed to reduce interest rates in line with government policy on their housing loans although they were quick to increase them when market interest rates began to shoot up in 2008. |
