Although wushu is not considered a high profile sport, it too can create an impact at this year’s South Asian Games which is on-going in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The Sri Lanka team did well in the previous edition winning 10 medals including four golds, two silver and four bronze medals.
Manel Dharmakeerthie, President, Wushu Federation speaking to ‘The Island’ said that they are confident of success at the event.
