Navy Commander Vice Admiral Thisara Samarasinghe onboard INS Sukanya with Indian High Commissioner Asok K. Kantha and Indian Defence Advisor Captain Pradeep Singh at the port of Colombo on Friday (Feb 19). The Indian warship arrived in Colombo with the Maldivian Coast Guard vessel Hurawee following a major re-fit in India. Incidentally, Hurawee was the vessel responsible for sinking an Indian fishing trawler commandeered by Sea Tigers during a confrontation in Maldivian territorial waters in May 2007.
