At the recently-conducted Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Sri Lanka ‘Sustainability Reporting Awards 2009’, Union Assurance (UA) was adjudged the runner-up in the ‘Medium Scale’ category .UA secured first place in Sustainability Reporting Awards in 2007 and 2008.

Commenting on the achievement, UA’s General Manager – Finance and Planning Indika Prematunga attributes it to the company’s commitment to ensure sustainable profits in the long term and overarching focus on accountability and transparency.
