This milestone reaffirms ITCONNECT’s commitment to delivering consistent high standard services through external verification and international recognition of ITCONNECT’s quality management processes.


Achieving this certification involved meeting and exceeding the stringent requirements to ensure the reliability and the quality of ITCONNECT processes. The high level of integrity in existing processes and practices meant that ITCONNECT was able to achieve the standards for ISO 9001:2008 with relative ease.

The ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification is awarded by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
