In his Wednesday article, Shamindra Ferdinando says, "The PoE panel has recommended that the identities of those who had provided information to the group shouldn’t be revealed for 20 years since the day of the release of the reports. Even after that, the release of such information is subject to declassification review."

Can’t Sri Lanka say that we will investigate those allegations when the identities of those who had provided information to the group are revealed after 20 years? Usually someone could not be charged if there is no real complainant.
