CSE concludes successful Investment Forum in Singapore

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) successfully concluded a strong pitch to the fund managers and investors based in Singapore at an investor forum held at the The Ritz Carlton Millenia yesterday.


The forum was organised in association with the High Commission of Sri Lanka in Singapore. Titled "Invest Sri Lanka", the forum attracted the interest of over 150 fund managers and investors, the bourse announced yesterday.


The Keynote Address was delivered by Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal who highlighted the potential of Sri Lanka as a fast developing investment destination. The CSE was presented to the keen audience by Krishan Balendra, Chairman of CSE.


The fund managers and investors in attendance got the opportunity to see the growth and potential of the CSE and the sessions were received with much enthusiasm resulting in an overwhelming response to CSEs’ investment opportunities, the exchange said.
