Upali and Gamini for Paralympics

The Sri Lanka Tennis Association last Thursday, June 28, announced that two of its players, in the ongoing wheelchair tennis programme under Coach Jagath Welikala and Wheelchair Tennis Committee chairman P. S. Kumara, qualified to the London Olympics (Paralympics). This is the first time that two players from Sri Lanka representing in a Paralympics wheelchair tennis event. Here are the two players (2nd and 3rd from left), Upali Rajakaruna and Dissanayake M. Gamini (partly hidden), at the above media gathering last Thursday.
